Crooners Loons on the Lake All-Star Showcase

I got called up to the major leagues. Each year Crooners holds its Loons on the Lake Comedy Contest with a first prize of $10,000. This year almost 200 people sent in audition tapes. The top 40 get to participate in the contest. I came in 41st. Seriously.
However, someone dropped out, so now I am in “the Show.” I will be in the contest on Wednesday, June 5, 8:00 PM. For some reason, these tickets are only $10.00. I hope some of you will come out and laugh uproariously for me, even if you don’t think I’m funny. In most comedy contests, audience reaction is a big part of the score.

In the unlikely event that I continue on in the contest, the semi-finals are Friday, June 7th at 8:30 pm.
The finals are Saturday June 8th at 9:00 pm.
